• Message Content – messages and files sent to the boss agent Karel for task execution and processing
• Billing & Payment Information – processed securely by Stripe (we do not store your credit card numbers)
• Usage Metrics – number of messages, code generation calls, and deployments for subscription enforcement

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data exclusively to:

• Process and complete tasks using our custom AI agents
• Manage and maintain your active account and subscription tier
• Monitor and enforce usage quotas and API limits

We never sell, rent, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Subprocessors & Third-Party Services

• Google (Gemini API) – AI model processing for conversational and text-based tasks
• Pollinations.ai – AI image rendering service
• QuickChart.io – dynamic chart generation engine
• Stripe – payment processing gateway

4. Data Retention

We store your data for the duration of your active account. If you cancel your subscription and request account deletion, all data is permanently purged within 30 days. Deployed client websites remain active until manually deleted by the user.
