1. Data We Collect

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data strictly to:

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal or telemetry data to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. PixelRouter Inference, Data Ephemerality & Zero-Training Guarantee

For developer and enterprise systems routing traffic through the PixelRouter API Gateway (/v1/chat/completions, /v1/messages, /v1/reader), we enforce strict enterprise-grade privacy controls:

  • Zero Model Training Guarantee: Pixel Office EU strictly guarantees that customer prompts, completions, system instructions, and tool schemas are NEVER used to train, fine-tune, or evaluate artificial intelligence models, neither by Pixel Office nor by upstream foundation model providers.
  • Data In-Transit & Ephemerality: All inference payloads are processed strictly in volatile system memory (RAM). Raw prompt text and response bodies are never persisted to on-disk database logs. Telemetry logs record only non-sensitive operational metadata (timestamp, model slug, token usage counts, and round-trip latency).
  • Deterministic Cryptographic Caching: When semantic response caching is active, cache lookup keys are stored as non-reversible SHA-256 hashes with automated TTL eviction. Customers retain complete control and can bypass the cache on any request by providing the standard HTTP header Cache-Control: no-cache.
  • European Sovereign Infrastructure: PixelRouter edge proxies and core routing engines are hosted on ISO 27001-certified Hetzner infrastructure physically located within the European Union (Germany), adhering strictly to EU GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU 2024/1689).
