2. Service Description

Pixel Office is an AI-powered platform designed to automate business tasks via WhatsApp and REST API. The service includes the generation of landing pages, text documents, graphical designs, charts, business data analyses, and other professional outputs.

3. Subscription Plans

Free – 5 messages/day, 4 agents, free forever
Starter – 99 CZK/month (or $3.99/mo), 20 messages/day, 7 agents, 1 deploy
Pro – 299 CZK/month (or $11.99/mo), unlimited messages, all 13 agents
Business – 799 CZK/month (or $29.99/mo), all Pro features + 3 team users

4. Payments & Billing

All subscription payments are securely processed via Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly in the application.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

Outputs from AI agents are generated automatically and may contain errors, bugs, or inaccuracies. Pixel Office is not liable for business or personal decisions made on the basis of AI outputs. Legal and accounting outputs (produced by agents Robert and Eva) are for informational guidelines only – always consult a qualified professional.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the service to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or threatening content
Distribute spam, bulk notifications, or automated messages
Violate third-party intellectual property or copyright laws

7. Account Cancellation

Users can cancel their paid plan at any time. Upon cancellation, the account immediately downgrades to the Free tier. User data will be permanently deleted from our active databases within 30 days of plan cancellation.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service. Users will be notified of any significant updates via WhatsApp or on the website.
