By registering an account, logging in via Firebase Auth (Google OAuth), generating API keys, or issuing programmatic API requests, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Enterprise Contracts & Corporate Invoicing:

For institutional clients requiring custom enterprise SLA agreements, high-volume dedicated throughput, or invoice-based billing via SEPA/SWIFT wire transfer, corporate contracts and invoices are executed via our legal entity CMS SupaTrak s.r.o. 2. Unified 3-Tier Investment Architecture

Our platform operates under a consolidated 3-tier subscription and API monetization structure:

Tier 1: Free Audit ($0 / forever)

1 Monitored Domain & basic robots.txt audit. Includes 100% free A2A Paymeter proxy setup (10% standard transaction fee), 100% free developer Webhook Tunnel, 100% free Model Gardens & MCP downloads, 50 free PixelRouter trial requests, and access to 5 free micro-apps.

Tier 2: Pro Growth ($49 / month)

3 Monitored Domains. Includes FULL UNLIMITED ACCESS to ALL 150+ Showcase Micro-Apps, 1-Click Self-Service API Key Generation (px_live_...), real-time bot ingestion stream, 1-click Fact Anchor & Schema.org generator, and competitor benchmarks.

Tier 3: Enterprise Suite ($299 / month)

15 Monitored Domains. Includes a REDUCED 5% A2A PAYMETER TAKE-RATE (50% fee discount), unlimited Webhook Tunnel connections & API exports, live A2A bot sandbox access, instant WAF alerts, custom WAF inoculation support, and dedicated SLA routing.

3. A2A Paymeter Proxy & API Monetization

When external AI agents programmatically query your API endpoints via Pixel Office Paymeter Proxies, micro-payments ($0.01/call) are collected and settled directly to your designated Stripe or Solana USDC wallet:

Standard Take-Rate: Free Audit and Pro Growth accounts incur a 10% platform transaction fee.
Enterprise Take-Rate: Enterprise Suite accounts receive a discounted 5% platform transaction fee.
API Key Security: You are issued unique self-service API keys (px_live_...). You are solely responsible for securing your keys. All requests authenticated with your key will be debited or credited accordingly.

4. PixelRouter API Gateway, High-Availability & SLA

PixelRouter provides high-performance, sub-35ms routing, deterministic response caching, and automated Zero-Drop multi-provider failover for AI agent workflows:

Zero Model Training: All queries processed via /v1/chat/completions, /v1/messages, and /v1/reader are subject to an absolute Zero-Training Guarantee as set forth in our Privacy Policy.
Fair Use & Rate Limits: Free trial keys (px_test_...) are strictly capped at 50 requests. Commercial production keys (px_live_...) operate under real-time token metering funded via off-session card top-ups or x402 Solana micro-payments. Requests exceeding balance limits will be intercepted with standard HTTP 429 or HTTP 402 responses.
Upstream Resiliency: While PixelRouter provides autonomous Zero-Drop failover between foundation models (Gemini, DeepSeek, GLM, Claude, Kimi), Pixel Office EU does not assume liability for global outages originating directly within upstream foundation model cloud providers.

5. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimers

All AEO visibility scores, Fact Anchors, and Schema.org graphs are generated using empirical telemetry and generative AI models. Outputs are provided for optimization and guideline purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pixel Office EU, its directors, employees, or AI co-founders (Aura) be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from automated bot indexing or server downtime.
